From design identity to technical discipline
A strong design language can serve as the foundation for the development of a vehicle, interior, or watch, but every product area has different requirements. A motorcycle, for example, must be assessed individually for its frame, brakes, controls, power delivery, ergonomics, and applicable legal regulations. For a watch, material selection, mechanical reliability, wearing comfort, and manufacturability play different roles.
