DHULFIKAR is a proposed accessible international financial environment, conceived with particular attention to people who have insufficient access to banking services. The ambition is to support financial participation through clarity, human dignity and understandable explanations.

A distinct place within JSP HOLDING
DHULFIKAR is a separate project with its own purpose, stages of development and accountability requirements. JSP HOLDING connects projects; it does not combine or erase their distinct operational and regulatory obligations.
Current stage of development
Development and exploration of partnerships with regulated providers. This website does not itself grant a banking licence, hold customer funds or demonstrate that payment accounts or cards are operational.
