DHULFIKAR — Development status and accountability

This page distinguishes ambition from products and services that are actually available. We do not want visitors to be left uncertain about what exists, what is being tested and what remains to be developed.

Current public status

Development and exploration of partnerships with regulated providers. This website does not itself confer a banking licence, safeguard customer funds or establish that payment accounts or cards are operational.

What must be demonstrated before readiness?

  1. Financial inclusion and understandable services: define testable acceptance criteria, responsible specialists and independently verifiable results.
  2. B2C and B2B processes with transparent responsibilities: define testable acceptance criteria, responsible specialists and independently verifiable results.
  3. KYC/KYB, anti-money-laundering measures, sanctions screening, fraud prevention and safeguarding through authorised parties: define testable acceptance criteria, responsible specialists and independently verifiable results.
  4. Research into multiple providers, migration and continuity: define testable acceptance criteria, responsible specialists and independently verifiable results.

What do we not promise?

We do not promise a delivery date, legal authorisation, scientific effect, availability, automatic certification or error-free operation without the necessary records and external verification.

How do we keep development accountable?

By separating public status updates and demonstrable tests from strategic goals, correcting errors and allowing stakeholders to see the project's limitations.
