A trustworthy company should be able to say what it cannot yet do.

Current open limitations

Telecom, eSIM, internet and voice services are not yet commercially live.
The production QUARK runtime is not yet the same thing as the public documentation and staged browser-side sandbox.
Streaming rights have not been represented as acquired unless specific agreements exist.
JSP Sites and Cloud/Sandbox remain in development and are not yet offered as production services.
Independent external security assurance has not yet been represented as completed.
Post-quantum readiness must be proven component by component; we do not use “quantum-proof” as a blanket claim.
Formal accessibility conformance is not claimed before relevant manual and automated testing is complete.

Because a missing capability is a manageable engineering or business problem. A hidden limitation is a trust problem.
