Business Continuity & Resilience

Availability is not only an infrastructure question. It includes people, suppliers, credentials, data, support, contracts and recovery decisions.

Our resilience design

  • Document critical services and dependencies.
  • Define recovery objectives per product rather than pretending every system has the same criticality.
  • Test backup restoration, not merely backup creation.
  • Separate privileged access from ordinary user access.
  • Maintain incident ownership and escalation paths.
  • Design supplier failure and exit scenarios before they become emergencies.
  • Preserve customer communication routes during outages.
  • Record lessons from incidents and failed tests.

No unearned uptime claim

We will not publish a service-level or uptime percentage until the underlying product, measurement method and contractual scope actually exist.
