MVNO

NL: mobiele aanbieder die onder eigen merk diensten verkoopt via het radionetwerk van een andere operator. EN: mobile provider selling services under its own brand using another operator’s radio network.

eSIM

NL: digitale SIM die als profiel op een geschikt toestel wordt geïnstalleerd. EN: digital SIM profile installed on a compatible device.

Wholesale

NL: zakelijke inkoop van infrastructuur of diensten waarop een eigen klantpropositie wordt gebouwd. EN: business purchase of infrastructure or services used to build a customer proposition.

White-label

NL: product of dienst van een leverancier die onder een ander merk wordt aangeboden. EN: supplier product or service offered under another brand.

Provisioning

NL: technisch aanmaken, activeren, wijzigen of intrekken van een dienst, account, SIM, eSIM of resource. EN: technical creation, activation, modification or revocation of a service or resource.

Onboarding

NL: gecontroleerd proces om een klant, partner, gebruiker of systeem aan te sluiten en startklaar te maken. EN: controlled process for connecting and preparing a customer, partner, user or system.

SLA

NL: Service Level Agreement; afspraken over bijvoorbeeld beschikbaarheid, reactietijd en herstel. EN: commitments about availability, response times and recovery.

API

NL: afgesproken technische ingang waarmee software met andere software communiceert. EN: defined technical interface through which software communicates with other software.

API gateway

NL: centrale toegangspoort voor API-verkeer waar authenticatie, routing, limieten, logging en beleid kunnen worden afgedwongen. EN: central entry point for API traffic where authentication, routing, limits, logging and policy can be enforced.

Sandbox

NL: afgeschermde testomgeving zonder risico voor echte productieprocessen of klantdata. EN: isolated test environment without risk to real production processes or customer data.

Control plane

NL: besturingslaag voor infrastructuur, gebruikers, beleid en resources. EN: management layer for infrastructure, users, policies and resources.

IAM

NL: Identity and Access Management; bepaalt wie of wat toegang krijgt en onder welke voorwaarden. EN: determines who or what gets access and under which conditions.

MFA

NL: Multi-Factor Authentication; inloggen met meer dan één onafhankelijke factor. EN: signing in with more than one independent factor.

SBOM

Provenance

Observability

Post-quantum

Webhook

SDK

Churn

NL: percentage klanten of omzet dat in een periode wegvalt. EN: percentage of customers or revenue lost over a period.

Margin / marge

NL: verschil tussen opbrengst en relevante kosten; niet automatisch nettowinst. EN: difference between revenue and relevant costs; not automatically net profit.

Due diligence

Lock-in
