Current status: JSP ORIGINALS are presented on this website as a complete public catalogue. Sales are not open yet. Ordering, checkout and payment are intentionally disabled.

This page records the intended commercial and delivery model so visitors can understand what will happen when sales are activated. It does not claim that a live payment or automated-delivery flow is currently available.

The digital products

JSP ORIGINALS are prepared as digital products supplied electronically. Each product has its own JSP SKU and a structurally verified ZIP package containing the browser tool, instructions and licence material.

Prepared delivery architecture

All 100 canonical JSP product packages are now present in the staging release and structurally verified against JSP-001 through JSP-100. Commercial checkout and customer delivery remain intentionally disabled; before sales are enabled, the real payment confirmation, statutory-consent flow, delivery mapping and customer receipt must still pass end-to-end verification with the final commercial setup.

No physical shipping

JSP ORIGINALS are digital-only products and do not require physical shipping.

Payments are not active

The website currently does not offer a live payment method for JSP ORIGINALS. Visitors are not expected to place an order, enter payment-card details or complete checkout. Payment providers and commercial checkout will only be enabled after the required business setup has been completed.

Consumer rights before commercial launch

Mandatory statutory consumer rights will apply when commercial sales begin. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, any legally permitted loss of a withdrawal right requires the legally required prior information, express consent to immediate performance, acknowledgement and confirmation. Those requirements will be implemented and verified before the checkout is opened.

If something is wrong after sales open

When sales are activated, support and remedies will apply if a purchased file is not delivered, cannot be opened, is materially defective or does not correspond to what was sold. Nothing in the future commercial terms may exclude mandatory statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Licence

The prepared standard JSP licence permits personal use or internal use within one organisation owned by the customer and permits the customer to use their own outputs. The original product file may not be resold, publicly redistributed or claimed as the customer’s own software without separate written permission. Final consumer-facing licence wording will be confirmed before sales are enabled.

Privacy

The core JSP tools are local-first: working answers entered into the downloaded browser tool are designed to remain in the browser and are not sent to JIM STEPHEN PINAS by the core product. Future order processing will require the ordinary information necessary for a transaction and delivery, such as an order email address and purchased SKU; that commercial data flow will be documented before sales open.

Taxes and prices

Displayed catalogue prices do not by themselves mean that checkout is active. Tax registration, payment processing and any cross-border digital-sales treatment will be verified before the corresponding markets are opened for commercial sale.
