JSP ORIGINALS — 100 digital tools by JIM STEPHEN PINAS
A complete catalogue of one hundred standalone digital tools that JIM STEPHEN PINAS owns and is preparing for commercial release. No white-label catalogue, no telecom agreement required to use them, and no external AI API required for the core functionality.
Current website status: the catalogue is public for exploration, but sales are not open yet. Ordering, checkout and payment are intentionally disabled until the commercial phase is activated.
Every JSP Original is local-first and runs in a modern browser. Each prepared package is a ZIP file containing the browser tool and supporting files. When sales open, the customer will be able to keep the ZIP file, open index.html, use the tool, and copy, print to PDF or save their own work result as a text file.
What each prepared product package contains
- the standalone digital product as a ZIP file;
- a browser tool that works without a separate user account;
- a README with usage instructions;
- a personal/internal-use licence for use within one organisation you own;
- a core workflow that does not require a paid subscription or external API key.
The website does not currently accept orders. The payment, checkout, consumer-consent and automated delivery flow will only be activated after the required business and commercial setup has been completed and verified.

Local-first is a product choice
The core products do not send the answers entered by the user to JIM STEPHEN PINAS. No central user database is required for the tool to function. This reduces dependency and makes the behaviour easier to understand.
Not one form copied one hundred times
Each product has its own workflow. The financial tools JSP-071 through JSP-079 perform real calculations in the browser; other products focus on specific decision, audit, learning, planning or work processes.
Licence
The prepared standard licence allows personal use or internal use within one organisation owned by the customer and allows the customer to use their own outputs. The original product file may not be resold, republished, publicly distributed or claimed as the customer’s own software without separate written permission. Final consumer-facing licence and checkout terms will be confirmed before sales are enabled.
