  • Fault handling and SLA processes

These services will only be offered once contractual, operational and regulatory readiness has been demonstrated.

QUARK in connectivity

Service activation, migrations, fault handling and account changes are governed by scoped authority. Where a network action can materially affect a person or organization, technical capability alone is not treated as permission.
