Certificates, registrations, partner agreements and audit results will only be listed here after they exist and can be substantiated.

Current public principle

No partnership, licence, registration, compliance certification or security property is claimed in advance.

QUARK Evidence Language

QUARK makes UNKNOWN legitimate. Missing evidence does not become PASS. A system that cannot prove a claim must preserve the gap rather than cosmetically close it.
