JSP SHRARA — Editorial independence and oversight
A platform that checks power must also limit its own power. This statute forms a starting point for the separation between holding interests, editorial judgments, research, advertisements, and future AI systems.
The same burden of proof for everyone
A minister, journalist, entrepreneur, religious community, scientist, or founder is judged according to the same rules of substantiation. A difference in evidentiary weight may lead to a different substantive judgment; political preference may not secretly alter the standard.
Disclosing interests
The editorial board must be able to visibly report whether a subject concerns a company, partner, advertiser, or person with whom JSP HOLDING has an interest. Such interests require additional external criticism or recusal from decision-making.
Human and technical powers
DAM-DMA can later help to search, summarize, translate, and signal inconsistencies. This does not automatically grant it the right to label a person as a liar, to publish medical or legal conclusions, or to release sensitive source data without permission.
Right of reply and independent assessment
Those involved must be able to point out concrete factual errors. A formal objection procedure requires deadlines, decision documentation, and, where appropriate, independent assessors. An independent board is only an existing board when members, powers, and procedures have actually been established.
Status
This is a draft statute, not a claim that an independent editorial board has already been installed or that powers have been legally transferred.
Accountability status: A project plan, pedagogical lesson, or editorial method is not the same as an operational, independently tested knowledge service.
